**Position: BCBA Consultant**
**Location:** Greater Seattle Area, WA (clients' homes, school districts, and more!)
**Job Description:**
As a BCBA Consultant at Connections, you'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule and work on a variety of consultancy cases, including school, caregiver training, and Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) cases. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, and develop programs and interventions that make a real difference.Â
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Provide architectural guidance and assess environments for recommendations
- Accomplish department and organization mission through impactful results
- Boost clientele through marketing and outreach efforts
- Ensure quality assurance of protocols and systems for fidelity of consultation
- Implement project management processes and deliver monthly results
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals in education and behavioral health
- Conduct assessments in various settings and develop effective plans
- Participate in monthly team meetings and contribute to presentations, workshops, and trainings
**Minimum Requirements:**
- Master's Degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
- BACB certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
**Working Environment:**
- Mix of desk work and various settings (clients' homes, school districts)
- Physical demands include moving and engaging with clients

Compensación: $76,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
