We’re excited to open up this internal opportunity for a current team member to step into the role of Assistant Director of Clinical Services - School-Based Programs. As part of the regional leadership team, this role is ideal for a clinical professional who thrives on collaboration, brings a steady and supportive presence, and is ready to take on broader responsibilities that shape both people and practice.

As Assistant Director, you’ll continue to support clients directly while also serving as a key resource for your fellow clinicians. You’ll provide supervision, troubleshoot clinical and operational issues, uphold fidelity and compliance standards, and work closely with our Director of Clinical Services and other regional leads to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a limited caseload (targeting 90 -100 billable hours/month)
- Mentor and support BCBAs and RBTs through observation, feedback, and collaboration
- Conduct PSRs and support quality assurance efforts across school-based services
- Facilitate ongoing training and department-wide communication
- Guide team members through clinical questions, policy navigation, and challenges
- Monitor and report on adherence to fidelity checklists and regional policies
- Support document development, school team communication, and retention efforts
- Lead or assist with department and district-level meetings
- (If certified) Serve as a QBS Trainer for initial and recertification trainings
What You Bring:
- A BCBA in good standing with solid clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience supporting or supervising others in a school-based or ABA environment
- Proven ability to give and receive feedback constructively
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and balancing clinical with leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Connections’ mission, policies, and values
- A commitment to equity, collaboration, and ethical integrity in every decision
Additional Requirements:
- Must meet all physical requirements associated with school-based roles
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between job sites as needed
- QBS Trainer certification is a plus, but not required to apply

Compensación: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
